Payments may be made in cash, check, credit card or through insurance. If you are using insurance, authorization must be verified before the first session. Please call to begin the approval process. Sliding scale rates for clients facing economic hardships are available. I also offer student discounts for adult students.
I am an in-network provider for Aetna, Cigna, Multi-Plan, Concordia and Coventry. If you have another insurance carrier, I will happily provide a detailed receipt which you may be able to use for reimbursement. If your plan has out-of-network benefits and you wish to be reimbursed, you can submit your receipt to your insurance company, or otherwise use the receipt as proof to declare the visits as a medical expense when you file your yearly tax return.
