I am a Psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have dedicated my professional life to helping individuals and families find balance and tranquility. I am passionate about helping my clients manage their anxiety and resolve conflicts so that they may lead happier, more fulfilling lives. Whether I am working with parents of preschool children, helping them decide on the best parenting strategies for their family, or engaging in exposure exercise with a client recovering from an anxiety disorder, I am constantly impressed by the strength and courage of the people I have had the pleasure of working with. I look forward to working with you and helping you find your own inner resources and strength.
