How I Practice
I offer individual, marriage, and family therapy for adults and children suffering from anxiety, panic, and obsessive compulsive disorders. My primary treatment model is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also implement techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Mindfulness practices. I engage in exposure and response prevention exercises as part of treatment. I provide therapy in my office, as well as teletherapy.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can usually be granted within 48 hours. Sessions are available weekdays and evenings. Patients need to provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation in order to avoid incurring the regular fee. Cancellations for Monday appointments must be made on Friday before 3pm. Teletherapy is available.
